Tom is a Longmont native and the general Manager and Co-Founder of Canyon Personal Training and Fitness. His 6 years of experience in the fitness industry includes being a personal trainer, club fitness manager, and Area Fitness Director. Tom has worked with a variety of clients including: US Marines, young athletes, moms, dads, grandparents, professionals and special conditions clients. Tom is known for designing unique programs for each of his clients and their individual goals. He uses a variety techniques and exercise programs to keep his clients motivated, successful, and having fun!

As a Certified National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, Gary’s job is to design individualized fitness programs that are safe, effective, and efficient so his clients can reach his or her fitness goals sooner. Gary believes fitness and health are a way of life, and that changing habits is not easy and does not happen over night. He uses an educational approach to personal training to help make learning those habits fun and challenging. Because Gary’s experience is with people recovering from chronic recurring injury he pays particular attention to teaching correct form, movement and posture. “Doing exercise the right way leads to making exercise part of a lifestyle.” Says Gary. “After all, you only have one body and it needs to last a lifetime!”

Gary especially enjoys working with people who are just beginning to improve their health through exercise and people over 40.
