Jeff develops and clearly communicates the long-term vision, plans, and necessary steps to achieve success. He executes workout details with precision yet makes adjustments as necessary. Another advantage Jeff possesses is his deep knowledge of nutrition and the fact that he is a practicing athlete himself. For example, I identified a goal to deadlift 300+ pounds (1 time) within six months. Jeff took that information, adapted my program accordingly, and by using a unique combination of exercises, sets, reps, and weights had me performing working sets of 3 repetitions with 345 pounds in just under 3 months! In other words, Jeff Malpezzi gets quality results in short order.
