Rules governing Canyon Personal Training and Fitness, LLC contests and promotional memberships:

One entry per person, per month, per contest. An individual is eligible to win only one prize in a 90-day period. Current members are not eligible. Monthly drawings are the first day of every month. Prizes limited to one per person per household. Canyon Personal Training and Fitness, LLC reserves the right to make a substitution of greater or equal value for any prize or promotion. Winner has 30 days from date of a drawing to redeem prize unless otherwise specified. Promotional memberships begin at time of activation. At the end of any promotional membership period winners may continue membership with no additional charge at current Maintenance Solution rate. Must be 18 years or older and a Colorado resident. No purchase necessary. Winner may purchase addition personal training, services or products at regular retail prices. Prizes have no monetary value. By redeeming promotional memberships winners agree they have been cleared by a licensed physician for normal physical activities. By accepting a prize from a promotional event, winner agrees to allow Canyon Personal Training & Fitness to use his or her name, photo or likeness for future promotions and marketing. Prizes are non-transferable.
